Fix SonarCloud MINOR code smells from PR #2832 review

- Merge duplicate rusty-motors-shared imports in _removePart,
  _repairMultipleParts, and _repairSinglePart
- Flip negated conditions in PartsCatalog.ts loadRows() to positive form
- Prefer Number.NaN over NaN in PartsCatalog.test.ts
