perf(core): batch 4 - cache DynamicIndirect closures, eliminate redundant guards

- Cache IndirDefArg object and fun() closure results in DynamicIndirect,
  same pattern as DynamicGenerator (used in algebra transformation pipeline)
- Track isLocalized boolean during sourceLocation() loop to avoid
  redundant isLocalized() calls on first/last elements
- Update optimizations.md with per-batch benchmark measurements
