chore(perltidy): adopt mojolicious/mojo-mcp .perltidyrc (#75)

Replaces the existing .perltidyrc with the one used by
mojolicious/mojo-mcp:

  https://raw.githubusercontent.com/mojolicious/mojo-mcp/refs/heads/main/.perltidyrc

Headline differences vs the previous config:

  -l    79  -> 120     line width
  -i    4   -> 2       indent
  -ci   4   -> 2       continuation indent
  -pt/-bt/-sbt 1 -> 2  (medium -> high tightness)
  -vt   2   -> 0       (max -> low vertical tightness)
  +pbp                  start from Perl Best Practices
  +iob                  ignore old breakpoints
  +mbl=2                up to 2 blank lines (was 2 already)
  +wn                   weld nested containers
  -se                   removed (no errors-to-stderr)

Reformats every .pm and .t in lib/, bin/, t/, xt/, plus Makefile.PL,
bench/performance.pl, t/corpus/validator_scenarios.pl, and
t/generate_golden.pl. Net diff: -1442 lines (denser at 120 cols /
2-indent / welded containers).

Also updates the `make tidy` postamble in Makefile.PL so it covers
Makefile.PL, bench/, *.pl files, and t/corpus/ in addition to the
previous lib/bin/t/xt scope -- otherwise those four files would drift
out of sync with the perltidyrc again.

Verified:
  prove -lr t                  -> 17548 pass
  AUTHOR_TESTING=1 prove -lr xt -> tidy + critic clean
