fix(tests): align Cypress BDD with Gantt, templates, and swimlane UX

- Gantt: bar selectors and timeouts, fixed "today" in settings Background,
  merge Gantt settings into localStorage, adjust display expectations; bdd-runner
  strips @ from tags so @skip maps to it.skip; widen runScenario type for it.skip.
- Comment templates: target settings title by id; stabilize delete scenario.
- Swimlane selector (column limits): feature expects manual list with no lanes
  pre-selected after unchecking All (#23); scenarios use explicit check steps.
- Column limits: buildInitData grouped-column fallback, board tab sync/helpers,
  shared color helper and related tests.
