fix(ci): drop javascript-typescript from CodeQL matrix

The repo has zero JS/TS source, so CodeQL's database finalize step exited
with code 32 ("could not process any code written in JavaScript/TypeScript").
Only the 'actions' analysis is meaningful for this PHP-only package — it
catches workflow injection, secret leaks, and mis-pinned action versions,
which is where most supply-chain risk for an OSS library lives.

If JS is ever added (docs site, build tooling, etc.), put it back in the
matrix at that point.
