test: refresh Psalm baseline after dropping LocalFileReference

The Psalm baseline still carried two `UndefinedClass` suppressions
for Lcobucci\JWT\Signer\Key\LocalFileReference, which no longer
appears in src/JWT.php since the InMemory::file() migration. Psalm
fails when a baseline entry is unmatched, so the unused suppressions
needed to go.
