Fix javadoc: export jdk.internal.misc and replace internal {@link}

The javadoc tool failed with "package jdk.internal.misc is not visible"
because the compiler's --add-exports for that package was not passed to
the javadoc plugin. Add the matching additionalJOption to pom.xml.

Also replace {@link Unsafe#getUnsafe} with {@code} in ByteBufferUtility
since it references an internal JDK API.
