- Add vcpkg ecosystem to dependabot config (weekly with 7-day
  cooldown).
- Bump pre-commit mirrors-clang-format v22.1.4 → v22.1.5.
- Add `npmPreapprovedPackages: []` to .yarnrc.yml.
- Add 'pipefail', 'portfile', 'preapproved' to dictionary.
- Update release date in CITATION.cff to 2026-05-08.
- Switch package.json repository URL to git+https form.
