[Cli] Add Header banner message class and update all commands to use it (#45)

# Description

Adds an `ICON` nowdoc constant (Mjölnir figure) to `SindriInfo` and
updates `GenerateDataFromAst` to open its output with the new framework
`Header` banner before the existing highlighted `$title:` section.

## Changes

- **`SindriInfo`** — added `ICON` nowdoc constant (Mjölnir figure)
- **`GenerateDataFromAst`** — added `RouteContract $route`;
`getOutput()` now opens with `new Header('Sindri', SindriInfo::VERSION,
$this->route, SindriInfo::ICON)` followed by the existing highlighted
`$title:` section
- **`GenerateDataFromConfigCommand`** — passes `route:` to
`parent::__construct()`
