fix(ci): trigger phpstan/rector/phpcsfixer/phpcpd/deptrac on master

These workflows were configured to run only on push/PR to a `develop`
branch that does not exist in this repository, so every push to `master`
triggered the phpunit workflow alone. Aligning the trigger branch with
phpunit (master) so the full pipeline runs on every push and PR.
