* Refine tenant selector docs: add diagrams and fix formatting

Convert tenant-selector to .mdx, add four mermaid diagrams (allowed vs
active tenant, Option 1 strict isolation, Option 2 single-account
multi-tenant, and a decision tree), apply title-case headings, and
remove bold from body text per the docs style guide.

* Restructure tenant selector docs for clarity

Move the decision tree and a comparison table to the top as an
"At a Glance" section so readers can self-route to the right option,
and remove the redundant per-option Pros/Cons lists. Simplify the
diagrams: replace technical _compartment query strings with plain
English, and flatten inner subgraphs that caused arrows to overlap
the subgraph labels.

* Polish tenant selector diagrams and table

Compact the decision tree (LR direction, single-line option labels) so
it fits without dominating the page. Left-align the comparison table.
Replace the dashed selector arrows in Diagrams A and C with a
highlighted "Active Tenant" node, which avoids crossing other arrows
and makes the active selection visually obvious. Add a Diagram for
Option 3 showing the consolidated view.
