Add query sequence generation (#16)

This commit as a way for generating sequences of queries that contain:

1. Logical query sessions, where each query instantiation value is determined by the previous query results.
  Multiple logical sessions can be opened at any point in time in a sequence and can be switched back to.
2. Similarity-based query instantiation for first queries with a sequence.
3. Refinement patterns simulating the iterative discovery and refinement of a query.
