refactor: remove unused Vercel.LambdaMessageParser

The active Vercel lambda message parser is `NimbleLambdaMessageParser`,
aliased and used in `Logflare.Logs.Vercel`. The legacy
`Logflare.Logs.Vercel.LambdaMessageParser` module has no remaining
callers in `lib/`, `test/`, `priv/`, `config/`, or `docs/`, and no
dedicated test file. Removing it.
