IMT-180: optimize session_timeout_spec performance

- Reworks spec/system/session_timeout_spec.rb to reduce system-level overhead
- Moves lower-level session-timeout verification into spec/requests/session_timeout_spec.rb
- Keeps browser coverage focused on the end-to-end timeout warning and session extension flow
- Preserves session-timeout behavior coverage while improving test performance
- Verified with passing focused spec runs for system, request, controller, and service specs
