refactor: use arrival times in next departures (#13)

Update the `NextDeparture` model and route mapping to utilize arrival
timestamps instead of departure timestamps.

- Rename `AimedDepartureTime` to `AimedArrivalTime`
- Rename `ExpectedDepartureTime` to `ExpectedArrivalTime`
- Mark `OperatorRef` as optional in the JSON response
