fix: address sync-state gaps in representation stripping

- Remove the !isEmote guard so emotes also get directory/0-byte file
  stripping in buildItemEntity
- Apply the same filtering in buildStandardWearableContentHash to
  prevent content-hash divergence between deploy and hash computation
- Sanitize item representations in isWearableSynced and isEmoteSynced
  before comparing against catalyst entity data, preventing items from
  appearing permanently UNSYNCED due to stale directory/0-byte entries
