test: add regression test for audio segment doubling on loadAfter

Verifies that when a VOD with 1 audio language is followed by a VOD
with 2 audio languages via loadAfter(), the video and audio media
sequence counts remain equal. Without the fix, audio sequences would
be doubled (46 vs 23).
