fix(concerto-linter): validate namespace version across all models (#1204)

The namespace-version rule used $.models[0].namespace which only checked
the first model in the AST. Changed to $.models[*].namespace to validate
all models, consistent with every other rule in the default ruleset.

Added a multi-model test case to verify the fix.

Closes #1203
