Update conda environment creation to include pip (#978)

* Add --allow-large-images flag to handle images exceeding PIL pixel limit (#974)

* feat - Add pixel size field to model cards and display it in --list

* Update SEM pixel sizes and drop average from display

* Add --allow-large-images flag to handle images exceeding PIL pixel limit

* Fix large image handling in GUI and macOS subprocess workers

- Add confirmation popup in napari when image exceeds PIL pixel limit
- Set ADS_ALLOW_LARGE_IMAGES env var so macOS spawned subprocesses inherit the raised limit
- Guard against @logger.catch swallowing IOError and cascading into a second crash
- Document --allow-large-images flag in CLI reference
