fix: guard against zero timestamps and symlink-at-filePath attacks

- Skip Chtimes when ModTime is zero (non-standard archives may omit it)
- Remove existing symlinks at filePath before writing regular files to
  prevent following a malicious symlink planted by a prior tar entry
