Fix issues #5 and #6: stdin reading bug and gosec security check

- Fix jp to read from stdin when flags like -c or --no-color are used
  without -p or -f (issue #6)
- Add -f - support to explicitly read from stdin
- Add #nosec G304 annotation to readInput for gosec false positive (issue #5)
- Add hasInputFlags() helper and test case for -f -
