* Fix SDK transcript usage rehydration

Sanitize legacy assistant usage fields before daemon-restart resume so the Claude SDK can read older JSONL transcripts without crashing.

* Cover SDK transcript sanitizer edge cases

Add idempotency and invalid token value tests so the rehydration sanitizer preserves valid transcripts and repairs malformed usage counters predictably.
