Revert `testParameterIdentity` split; fold wrapper-identity assertions back into `testInferredTensorTypes`.

Per user direction (2026-05-05): the split was based on a misread of
their preference. Asserting the wrapper-identity contract on the same
fixture, in the same test that materializes the `Parameter`, is the
right shape — it's all "exercise the new API on this fixture," not two
unrelated concerns.

Drops the separate test method + its fixture directory.
