Commit Message

Address CodeQL alerts: lost exception in log, missing workflow permissions.

Pass the exception as the throwable argument to `LOG.info` in
`EvaluateHybridizeFunctionRefactoringHandler#visitCall` instead of as
the 6th `String.format` arg (the format string only has 5 placeholders,
so the exception was being silently dropped). Resolves alert #21.

Add explicit minimal `permissions:` blocks to `maven.yml`
(`contents: read`, `packages: read` — the latter is required because
the build authenticates to GitHub Packages to fetch Ariadne) and
`cff-validator.yml` (`contents: read`). Resolves alerts #26 and #2,
matching the direction of already-fixed alerts #1 and #23.
