feat: add medicine tracking (#1036)

* feat: add medication tracking to baby activity log

- Add Medication model with dosage, dosage unit, time, and next dose interval
- Add CRUD views, list, form, and delete confirmation templates
- Add REST API endpoints with filtering and ordering support
- Add medication frequency and intervals reports with Plotly graphs
- Add last medication dashboard card
- Add medication navigation entry
- Add migration to create Medication model
- Add fake data generation for medication entries
- Add comprehensive test coverage for models, forms, views, API, and graphs

* finishing touches

Fixed the icon not appearing and added a check in the migration file for "Medicine" table just in case those one or 2 people who asked for the container decide to move back to the og container.

* removed the change I made to the migrations for the 2 ppl that might still be on the older version with medicine instead of medication
