feat(smoke): exercise bb_button_events across smoke envs (#210)

- append bb_button_events to SMOKE_REQUIRES in CMakeLists.txt
- add -I and build_src_filter entries to [arduino_base] in platformio.ini
- integrate bb_button_events attach/tick/detach in smoke_app.c exercise block logging all 5 event kinds
