* Fix chat composer stop button state

Pass the session processing state into the message input so agent activity from space, task, and node sessions can render the stop control instead of relying only on the global active session signal.

* Gate queue shortcuts for task composers

Keep stop-button visibility driven by processing state while limiting Tab next-turn queue behavior to composers that support deferred delivery.
