fix(skills): apply PR review feedback for deep-link install

- Match toolhive:open-install-skill-modal events against the route-derived namespace/skillName instead of the optional skill.namespace/skill.name (Copilot). Adds a regression test for registry responses missing those fields.

- Drive DialogInstallSkill prefill via react-hook-form's values prop with resetOptions: { keepDirtyValues: true } (peppescg, kantord). Removes the openCount state, the key prop on the dialog, and the manual-click bump in SkillDetailPage. Untouched fields (name, version) re-sync when defaults change; user-edited fields (scope, project_root, clients) survive the sync.

- Refactor the deep-link install dispatch in renderer.tsx to early returns (peppescg nit).
