Release v2.0.0

The main API-breaking change is a new signature for the constructor of
the `Description` class, with `robot` as a new required field. Also,
description instances are now frozen.

Callers using `Description(Format.URDF, tags={...})` should migrate to
`Description(formats={Format.URDF}, robot=..., tags={...})`.
