* Make battery telemetry runtime-only

Stop persisting gateway battery telemetry, source local status from runtime observations, and keep battery in connector actual-state messages for upstream monitoring.

* Avoid WAKE PSK rewrites

Use a metadata-only storage update for WAKE firmware fields so repeated check-ins do not re-encrypt and rewrite unchanged node PSKs.
