tests: add example and integration tests for new APIs

Examples for storage.Prefixed, namer.LayeredNamer,
integrity.Codec/CodecBuilder, integrity.Store, and integrity.Tx
covering typical usage paths and the interesting edge cases
(predicates, copy-on-write builder, then/else branches, futures).

Integration tests in integrity/integration_codec_tx_test.go run
the Codec/Store/Tx surface against tcs, etcd, and dummy drivers
to confirm cross-backend parity.
