Exchange Python 3.6 support for dropping 2.6 support

The deprecated trace.find_strings() and trace.find_lines_from_code()
functions have been dropped in Python 3.6.  Implement replacements for
them.  The replacements use dict comprehensions which I think were not
supported by Python 2.6?  I can't test because I don't have a Python 2.6
any more, and I don't care anyway.  Therefore I'm officially dropping
Python 2.6 compatibility.
