docs: drop AGENTS.md (#511)

Redundant with CLAUDE.md, which is more comprehensive (15 key points,
doc-index to docs/*.md), more accurate, and auto-loaded by Claude Code.
AGENTS.md was 17 lines of paragraph summaries that drifted out of sync —
e.g. it still pointed at tests/ for integration tests after the layout
moved to integration/ in #507.
