feat(smoke): exercise bb_led_anim across smoke envs (#204)

Wire bb_led_anim into the smoke example with a GPIO LED handle, animator configuration, blink pattern, and single tick call. Verifies the component compiles and integrates correctly across Arduino and ESP-IDF platforms.
