refactor(stratum): inflight_slot() accessor for in-flight ring index (#342)

Introduces a static inline helper to centralize modulus arithmetic for the stratum in-flight ring buffer. Replaces 6 inlined id % STRATUM_INFLIGHT_MAX sites with inflight_slot(id) calls. Prevents accidental drift between parallel s_inflight_send_us and s_inflight_diff arrays if the modulus or constant ever changes.
