Coverage push v2: 87.76% -> 91.19% (past 90% target, 1251 tests)

Two new test files focused on remaining model_functions.R gaps and
the parallel/plot-helper paths.

- test-pred_cat_threshold.R: direct mock-based unit tests for
  .pred_cat / .pred_cat_iter / .pred_threshold / .pred_threshold_iter
  / .impute_levels. The *_iter variants are otherwise unreachable
  through the bace_final_imp pipeline (which always passes
  formula+data_full and so routes through *_forward_iter). Tests
  validate row-sum-to-1 invariants, alphabetical column ordering,
  default Level_k naming, custom level names, n_cuts->n_levels math
  (n_levels = n_cuts + 2 due to cbind(0, CP)), and per-iteration
  averaging matches full-chain mean.

- test-final_push.R: parallel bace_final_imp(n_cores=2, mclapply
  path, skipped on Windows), plot helper error paths
  (plot_trace/plot_pct_change with non-matching variables,
  plot_wasserstein with no Wasserstein results),
  plot_bace_imputation_comparison input-validation errors and
  binary-trait happy path.

Per-file coverage now: model_functions 86.87% (up from 77.4%),
bace_final_imp 94.86%, convergence_plots 95.14%, bace.R 93.6%,
build_functions 98.2%, accessors 96.7%.

R CMD check: 0E/0W/1N (timestamp note, environmental).
