Push past 1000 tests + 80% coverage milestone

Adds two batches of tests:

tests/testthat/test-simulate.R (additions, 14 new test_thats):
  Response-type variants:
    response_type='threshold3'  : 3-level ordered factor
    response_type='threshold4'  : 4-level ordered factor
    response_type='multinomial3': 3-level unordered factor
    response_type='multinomial4': 4-level unordered factor
    response_type='binary'       : 2-level factor
    response_type='poisson'      : non-negative integer
  Predictor-type variants:
    predictor_types includes 'threshold3' or 'multinomial3'
  Custom argument variants:
    Custom beta_matrix (with size validation error path)
    Custom intercepts list (response + predictors)
    Custom beta_resp vector
    missingness vector length validation

tests/testthat/test-phylo_signal_extras.R (11 tests):
  Continuous (returns lambda + K), binary (returns D), ordinal,
  categorical, multi-variable in one call, species=TRUE dual-RE
  path with replicated observations, keep_models=TRUE/FALSE,
  missing species_col error, all-NA variable error path,
  print method output.

Cumulative session totals after this commit:
  Tests : 1057 PASS / 0 FAIL
  Files : 17 test files
  Coverage: 79.9% overall (was 24% at session start)

R CMD check: 0 errors / 0 warnings / 0 notes.
