* use latest version of miniforge

* update version to use to build conda envs

* update instructions to use v13.0

* update scripts to create conda environments to not specify package versions -- these will be specified explicitly based on what is used by conda/mamba to install them after the envs are successfully created to preserve the state of the environments when they were created

* install ca-certificates to prevent curl error -- curl: (77) error setting certificate file

* fix dependency of swpc_metpy env because it is built upon metplus_base

* remove pinned version of scipy

* build v13.0 of swpc env instead of hard-coded v6.1

* add explicit version numbers that were found by conda/mamba without specifying versions to preserve state of environments upon rebuild

* disable gfdl-tracker env job because it is broken

* update conda env version to use for use case tests

* change to use metplus_base as base image and install all METplotpy requirements explicitly due to a bug in conda on MacOS where the metplotpy env cannot be cloned due to a weird issue with x264 package caching

* prevent future warning by filtering out data that has all NaN

* fix failure in to_csv using pandas 3 because escape character and delimiter cannot be the same value

* set multiprocessing start method to fork (python 3.14 changed the default from fork to forkserver), to prevent crash when importing via python embedding

* set escape character to an empty string to prevent slash from being added before each space in the output file

* remove plotly/kaleido/chrome

* fix base image of mp_analysis to work with changes needed to build locally on MacOS

* remove instructions to install kaleido and chrome

* remove calls to deprecated write_html in METplotpy that doesn't do anything because plotly is no longer used

* replace depreacted pandas argument

* use METdataio feature branch to test fix to db load ... (continued)
