Switch coverage badge to shields.io endpoint for fresher updates

The native coveralls.io badge SVG (badge.svg?branch=main) has aggressive
upstream CDN caching that can stale-display for hours after a coverage
push. Shields.io scrapes the coveralls.io API and re-renders the badge
on each request with much shorter caching, so the displayed % follows
new pushes within minutes instead of hours.

Same data source (coveralls.io for daniel1noble/BACE main), same link
target, just a fresher render path.
