Switch bien benchmark to n_cores=1 for cloud reliability

bien at n_cores=4 has been a coin flip on GHA runners across the
last three benchmark runs:
  25287097270  bien SUCCESS
  25294935456  bien SUCCESS (then FAILURE on a later retry)
  25298193691  bien FAILURE, then SUCCESS on rerun
  25324741581  bien FAILURE again
Failure mode is identical to globtherm/leptraits: heartbeats fire
fine every 60s, then "the runner has received a shutdown signal"
~12min into final imputation. Same kind of flaky-runner termination
that the n_cores=1 sequential mode has eliminated for globtherm and
leptraits.

Switch bien to n_cores=1 for the same defense-in-depth. Cost is
~2x final-imputation wall time; bien's 5 continuous traits at
2000 spp finish well inside the 5h45m budget regardless.

The four pigauto-aligned datasets in this matrix now break down:
  avonet     n_cores=4 (works -- only fails at full 13-trait scope)
  pantheria  n_cores=4 (works at the historical 8-trait spec)
  amphibio   n_cores=4 (works -- now SUCCEEDED for the first time
             in run 25324741581 with the 2-cont-only spec)
  bien       n_cores=1 (this commit)
plus the BACE-only:
  globtherm  n_cores=1
  leptraits  n_cores=1
