* Release 1.1.1: Fix TypeError in get_package_dir and improve error handling. Added regression tests to ensure proper failure behavior when no marker files are present. Updated version in __init__.py and documented changes in CHANGELOG.md.

* Release 1.2.0: Introduced a bugfix for `kecpkg build` to prevent crashes when no marker files are present. Deprecated support for Python 3.7, 3.8, and 3.9, while adding support for Python 3.13 and 3.14. Updated project configurations, including CI workflows and default Python versions in settings. Version updated in `__init__.py` and documented changes in `CHANGELOG.md`.

* Release 1.2.1: Addressed multiple bugs including a crash in `create_file(content=None)`, incorrect value storage in `restore_settings`, and removed debug output from GPG commands. Replaced deprecated libraries `atomicwrites` and `appdirs` with `tempfile` and `platformdirs`, respectively. Updated project configurations to remove legacy `setup.py` commands and improved test coverage with new test files, increasing overall coverage from 51% to 59%. Version updated in `__init__.py` and changes documented in `CHANGELOG.md`.
