Release 1.2.1: Fixed multiple bugs including crashes in `create_file(content=None)` and `restore_settings`, and removed debug output from GPG commands. Replaced deprecated libraries with `tempfile` and `platformdirs`, updated project configurations to eliminate legacy `setup.py` commands, and improved test coverage with new test files, increasing overall coverage from 51% to 59%. Version updated in `__init__.py` and changes documented in `CHANGELOG.md`.

Pull Request Pull Request #15: Release 1.1.1: Fix TypeError in get_package_dir and improve error handling. Added regression tests to ensure proper failure behavior when no marker files are present. Updated version in __init__.py and documented changes in CHANGELOG.md.
