Release 1.2.0: Introduced a bugfix for `kecpkg build` to prevent crashes when no marker files are present. Deprecated support for Python 3.7, 3.8, and 3.9, while adding support for Python 3.13 and 3.14. Updated project configurations, including CI workflows and default Python versions in settings. Version updated in `__init__.py` and documented changes in `CHANGELOG.md`.
