Commit Message

integrity: add Tx, Branch, futures and Codec.Tx* methods

Add Tx, Branch, Branchable, GetFuture[T], RangeFuture[T], Response and
sentinel errors (ErrBranchNotFired, ErrTxNotCommitted,
ErrTxAlreadyCommitted) to integrity/tx.go. Add Codec[T] methods TxGet,
TxPut, TxDelete, TxRange and BindPredicate. Cover the transaction
scenarios in integrity/tx_test.go.
