Commit Message

config: marshal YAML preserving order, style, comments

Implement Config.MarshalYAML and Config.String. The previous stubs returned
empty/nil; tt's write paths (Publish, ReplaceInstanceConfig, cluster show)
silently overwrote hand-edited YAML and lost comments and quoting. The fix
carries the original *yaml.Node through the merge pipeline as an opaque
annotation.
