qt: wizard: add wizard data to wizard exception

Enrich Exceptions thrown by `daemon.load_wallet` during
`ElectrumGui._start_wizard_to_select_or_create_wallet` with
the sanitized wizard data to simplify debugging issues.

In #10623 for example an invalid password is passed to `daemon.load_wallet`,
though it is not clear how exactly the user managed to circumvent the wizards
password validation.
