fix(webui): preserve sub-1 pool diff values; surface non-ASIC rolling hashrate (#327)

- fmtPoolDiff helper: whole number when >= 1, 2 sig figs otherwise (0.01 was rendering as 0)
- Hero rolling 1m/10m/1h falls back to non-ASIC hashrate_1m/10m/1h fields (H/s → GH/s) so tdongle shows the same trio bitaxe does
