wlttx/bitcoin: include inputs + raw hex in broadcast error

"bad-txns-inputs-missingorspent" reports give us no way to tell
which of the candidate UTXOs the node thinks is missing without
re-running locally, and even then the inputs may differ between
runs (in-memory tracker state, modchain index drift). Surfacing
the exact (txid:vout) list libwallet selected + the hex-encoded
tx in the error message means the next user report carries
everything needed to reproduce.

Format: "sendrawtransaction: <upstream err> (inputs=a:0,b:1
rawhex=...)". Loud but bounded — only fires on the failure path
where the user is already going to share the message anyway.
