chore(mining): TM_BENCH_QUIET diagnostic env for matched-load measurement (#318)

- new env: tdongle-s3-bench (extends tdongle-s3, adds -DTM_BENCH_QUIET)
- TM_BENCH_QUIET in src/main.c skips display init, mDNS init, http server,
  registry init, knot, webui mining-routes, NTP, OTA-pull/push init, OTA
  validator, and display_status_task; keeps wifi + stratum + mining
- used to confirm SHA hot-loop ceiling is intrinsic (266 kH/s) and not load-limited;
  AxeHub README's 360 kH/s figure is pool-effective, not raw nonce throughput
- diagnostic only — not for production builds
