src/common: Warn when config files sort after 99-unsorted.sh

Shell glob ordering is byte-wise ASCII, so '9' sorts before letters,
meaning 99-unsorted.sh is sourced *before* files like pc-cachy.sh despite
the "99-" prefix being intended to place it last. Warn when this occurs
so users can rename the offending files or 99-unsorted.sh itself.
